I am a lover of music and sound creation. Writing music and sound design has been my passion, drive, lifestyle and profession for many years.
Since the late nineties I've released numerous Albums, Singles, EP's, Remixes and Vinyl's. (Physical and digital). I've worked as a producer, mixer for several bands including Alphaville, KMFDM, Apoptygma Berzerk and more.
I write music and songs, I do sequencing, I program beats and create synth patches sounds and effects. I create drones and atmospheres. I combine the recording of guitars, vocals, and using the voice as an instrument to create sound effects and one of my most favorite approaches using tools, effects and plugins on sources they were'nt intended to be used on. In todays world of presets and sound libraries I'm more than ever going the extra mile to create unique sounds and effects. I belive in technology but have'nt forgotten the true old methods of creating sound. A balance of the past and the future is where I roam and what I believe in.
I also do most of the artwork on my own posters, flyers, webdesign, t-shirts, hoodies and other merchandize items. I've been painting since the early 90's favoring the airbrush. I've had my artwork displayed and sold in numerous exhibits and to a varied clientele. Preferred technique is Airbrush. As well as digital artwork mixed with photography, drawings and acrylic.
As of late I have began toying with the concept of writing music (scoring and sound design) for movies, games and applications. I belive my experience, knowledge and style will benefit any area of sound where a "100% no compromise" attitude and "in your face" sound is the path. Anything from the most peaceful harmonic sounds of dreams to the most vile, twisted and distorted screams from your nightmares.

"With roots grown from aggressive electronic artists such as Prodigy, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, and Frontline Assembly, Sebastian Komor
experimented with a variety of techno/EBM projects in the mid-90s before forming Icon of Coil with vocalist Andy LaPlegua in Norway, in 1997. Icon of Coil was soon signed to Tatra Records, and within a few short years was known worldwide as one of the seminal acts in the new Futurepop genre. The mid 2000s saw Komor expand into additional genres such as aggrotech and industrial dance with new projects Komor Kommando and Zombie Girl, both on Belgian label Alfa Matrix. Meanwhile Komor amassed a gargantuan list of remix credits for world-class artists including Apoptygma Berzerk, Theater Of Tragedy, VNV Nation, KMFDM, Alphaville, Celldweller, Front Line Assembly, and Juno
Reactor.
In late '07, Sebastian came to the attention of FiXT Music. in 2010, FiXT released Komor's full-length Squarehead and Moonitor projects. Most recently Komor has put all of his focus on Melt, a full-band industrial metal machine now signed to Metropolis Records."
